Melissa Blair Aliotti joined Judicate West as neutral in the Sacramento office. Aliotti has been a part-time mediator and arbitrator for eight years and a full-time mediator and arbitrator for two years. She has served as a judge pro tem and settlement officer for the Sacramento County Superior Court for 20 years.
Micah Block has been promoted to partner in the litigation department at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Block’s practice focuses on intellectual property and antitrust matters. He will be based in the Menlo Park office.
