After spending 14 years at Morrison & Foerster, corporate lawyer Scott Stanton has switched Am Law 100 firms, joining Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo as a partner in its corporate and securities practice in San Diego.
Stanton, who started at Mintz Levin on June 15, said he will bring his expertise in M&A matters, securities offerings and corporate governance affairs to the firm’s growing West Coast offices.
