On Feb. 21, 2019, plaintiff Craig Crawford, 40, was operating a vehicle on Route 420 in Prospect Park. He was stopped at a red light at the intersection with 13th Avenue when the rear of his vehicle was struck by the front of a trailing vehicle driven by Devon Nolan. Crawford claimed neck and back injuries.
