Those who frequent the workers’ compensation hearing offices in Chester County were set for a rude awakening last month after the facilities were set to abruptly move 12 miles northeast to offices just outside Norristown, in neighboring Montgomery County, according to the Chester County Bar Association’s workers’ compensation section leader.
Those efforts, however, appear to have been put on hold, the attorney said, and the workers’ compensation facility at Century Plaza in Malvern is expected to stay put—at least until the start of next year.
