On April 16 and 17, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed measures that bar the suspension of a driver’s license for buying alcohol underage, having a fake ID, not paying child support and being convicted of a drug charge, respectively.

House Bill 163, sponsored by Rep. Rick Saccone, R-Allegheny, was passed 192-3 and removes the suspension of a driver’s license for buying alcohol underage, having a fake ID and not paying child support.
