David H. Marion, senior counsel at White and Williams, received the James Wilson Award presented by the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Alumni Society Board of Managers.

As a Penn Law student, Marion was elected editor-in-chief of the Law Review, won the Harrison Cup Moot Court ­competition and was named to the Order of the Coif Honor Society.

Later he served as president of the Law Alumni Society and as a member of the Board of Overseers.

At White and Williams, Marion ­concentrates his practice in business litigation, antitrust and securities class actions, professional liability, First Amendment law and alternate dispute resolution.

McNees Wallace & Nurick attorneys Pamela C. Polacek, Susan E. Bruce, David S. Mabry and Charis Mincavage presented at the seventh annual Pennsylvania Energy Management Conference on Nov. 8 at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg in Camp Hill.
