The discussion included insights and practical advice on various regulatory hot topics from Amanda Baird, general counsel of the Ohio Department of Insurance, Amy Daubert, chief counsel of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, and Gale Simon, commissioner of enforcement and consumer protection at the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
