Kline & Specter partners Andy Youman and David Caputo are leaving to form their own shop, Youman & Caputo.
Their firm, formed about two weeks ago, will focus on catastrophic injury and whistleblower cases. Youman had spent more than 17 years at Kline & Specter, and Caputo more than 13 years. They said their split with the firm was amicable.
