Elected and Appointed

Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel‘s Martin G. Belisario will continue to serve on the board of directors of the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia and as the organization’s secretary.

Belisario practices intellectual property and technology law, including technology licensing, trademarks, copyrights, ­counseling and litigation and representation before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices.

His patent practice focuses primarily on the mechanical arts, including transmissions, HVAC systems, small appliances, medical devices, software and electro/mechanical devices.


Blank Rome promoted two of counsel to partner.

Nikhil A. Heble is a registered patent attorney who provides strategic legal and business counsel to a diverse client base and his practice involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications covering myriad technologies.

Nancy Oliphant Ryan focuses her ­practice on all aspects of benefit and compensation arrangements, working with corporations, partnerships and LLCs in the design and implementation of equity-based compensation arrangements, long-term incentive plans, and other bonus arrangements.


Sean P. Whalen was named of counsel at the law firm of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg.

Whalen represents clients in zoning and land use matters, as well as a broad range of real estate, commercial and environmental litigation matters before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal and state courts and various governmental agencies.

Whalen’s legal experience includes ­client representation in land use and ­zoning permitting and approvals from first filing through litigation and appeals, and the litigation and resolution of environmental disputes, real estate disputes and landlord/tenant litigation.


Antheil Maslow & MacMinn partner Jessica Pritchard was elected to serve as vice president/president-elect of the Bucks County Bar Association.

Pritchard chairs the firm’s family law department.

Her practice focuses exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution and ­prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry added former Philadelphia ­deputy city Solicitor Adam M. Koelsch to its Philadelphia office.

Koelsch comes to Chamberlain Hrdlicka from the City of Philadelphia Law Department, where he represented the city in high-dollar-value and complex local tax cases at administrative hearings before the Philadelphia Tax Review Board.

He also was involved in agency ­appeals and collection actions at the Court of Common Pleas and in appeals at the Commonwealth Court.
