Jonathan Duecker, chief of staff in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, specifically targeted older members of the Gun Violence Task Force, sources have told The Legal.

Sources said that through an unusually rigorous round of physical training at a former National Guard facility that went above and beyond the physical work required of task force members, Duecker succeeded in driving a significant portion of the unit to leave, some through retirement and some through disability.
