A former Drinker Biddle & Reath staff attorney agreed to a two-year suspension from the practice of law after admitting he overbilled for his time doing document review at the firm, according to an order from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The court approved the state disciplinary board’s recommendation of a two-year suspension of Benjamin Hart Perkel, retroactive to June 12, 2014, which was when he was placed on temporary suspension.
