Joel L. Frank, managing partner and executive committee chairman of Lamb McErlane, was elected to serve as chair of the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.

The Knox Law Institute, a service of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, hosted its inaugural “Workplace Law Forum” on Nov. 6.
Attorneys from Knox McLaughlin presented information about various labor and employment legal issues, including harassment in the workplace, workers’ compensation, hiring issues and how the current administration’s labor board affects union and non-union employers.
The event also featured keynote speaker Janet L. Schaefer, a supervisory field examiner at the National Labor Relations Board.
Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano attorney Stephen J. Schukraft Jr. appeared on “Injured Workers of PA,” a Berks County, Pa., live call-in cable television show, on Nov. 4.
The show focused on workers’ compensation issues.
John A. Feichtel, a shareholder of Saidis, Sullivan & Rogers, presented at the “Guide to Choosing the Best Business Entity” program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
Feichtel is based in the firm’s Lemoyne, Pa., office, and serves individual and entity clients in a broad range of personal and business legal issues.

Charles J. Fonzone and Christopher Gittinger joined Gross McGinley, along with members of their professional legal team.
Fonzone has practiced law in Allentown, Pa., for more than 40 years.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation and municipal law.
Fonzone represents major insurance carriers in all areas of insurance defense.
He also has a municipal law practice, serving as solicitor to several Lehigh Valley municipalities for more than 38 years, providing general counsel on matters including zoning, land development, collections, and matters related to local water, storage and electric utilities.
