Roberts practices with the estates, trusts and taxation, corporate and business, and commercial real estate groups.

Nicole J. O'Hara joined Gross McGinley as an attorney in the firm's Allentown, Pa., office.

Julie M. Macomb joined Norris McLaughlin & Marcus as an associate with the firm.

David Raphael joined K&L Gates' Harrisburg office as a partner in its environment, land and natural resources practice.

Raphael joins the firm from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, where he served as chief counsel since 2011.

With nearly two decades of experience as an environmental lawyer in both the public and private sectors, he has represented clients in environmental litigation matters before the Pa. Environmental Hearing Board, various state and federal courts, and administrative boards.
