Last year, we conducted for the first time a contest to determine the top litigation departments among Pennsylvania law firms. We asked firms to submit details about the work they had done in the previous two years and ultimately settled on a worthy group of winners, culminating in the publication of our Pennsylvania Litigation Departments of the Year supplement honoring the top groups.
For 2013, we wanted to try something a little different. We were impressed by the response we received from litigation departments around the state, but we saw an opportunity to shift the focus to a different area of the state’s law firms.
