D4, a national provider of e-discovery software and services to law firms and corporations, announced Friday its further expansion into Illinois with the acquisition of the Litigation Solutions Group from Project Leadership Associates. D4 opened an office in downtown Chicago last year and will continue to serve law firms and corporate clients in Illinois and the Midwest with renewed vigor from 10 new litigation consultants from PLA.
D4 hopes the consulting services of PLA's Litigation Solutions Group will bring immediate value to its enTrust managed service offerings. D4 aims to provide customers the right combination of e-discovery tools to match their needs. Customers can use on-premise software or D4's public cloud infrastructure from the company's Tier 3 data center located in Rochester, N.Y., said John Rubens, chief operating officer at D4.
