Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young attorney Jana Landon served as an instructor for the International Association of Arson Investigators Inc.'s (IAAI) expert witness courtroom testimony course at IAAI headquarters June 4-6 in Crofton, Md.

The IAAI is an association of more than 5,000 fire investigation professionals from across the world committed to suppressing the crime of arson through fire investigation.

Landon focuses her practice on representing clients in insurance, products liability and complex commercial matters.

Flaster Greenberg shareholders Kristyne Bullock and Lynda Calderone are set to join one of three panel sessions at the Delaware Valley chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel's (DELVACCA) Intellectual Property CLE Institute on Thursday in Philadelphia.

The panel discussion is titled "Stretching the Boundaries of U.S. Patent Protection: How Far Does Your Patent Reach?"

Bullock practices intellectual property law, concentrating her practice in patent procurement and transactional matters, patent litigation, and IP portfolio strategy and management.

Calderone also practices intellectual property law, concentrating on patent prosecution, litigation and IP due diligence; IP-related agreements including licenses; and patentability, validity, infringement and unenforceability analyses.

The CLE institute is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to noon at the Union League of Philadelphia.

Blank Rome trial attorney Jonathan Scott Goldman presented on a panel of the fiduciary litigation committee at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel summer meeting June 20 in Philadelphia.

Goldman represents and counsels businesses, municipalities and individuals in business disputes and complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.

Galfand Berger attorney Norman Weinstein facilitated a panel discussion on the topic of cancer and legal issues at the summer quarterly meeting of the American Cancer Society's Asian-American advisory committee June 14.
