The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has declined to hear the appeals of two former Penn State administrators facing charges in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal.

The high court issued two orders Friday in the case of In re Thirty-Third Statewide Investigating Grand Jury, deciding not to take up claims made by former athletic director Tim Curley and former vice president for business and finance Gary Schultz. The court did not provide comment in either order beyond saying the rulings come without prejudice, allowing both Schultz and Curley to raise the same issues in the underlying criminal prosecution.
