Wayne Streibich, chair of Blank Rome‘s consumer financial services group, is set to speak at the Mortgage Bankers Association‘s Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference on Tuesday at the Boca Raton Hotel in Florida.

Streibich will moderate the "New Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Rule and Other Servicing Requirements" panel.

He concentrates his practice on the representation of consumer mortgage lenders and servicers in regard to federal and state regulatory issues, as well as litigation instituted by consumers relating to mortgage loans.

Jonathan H. Spadt, president and CEO at RatnerPrestia, was among three panelists presenting the topic of "Learning About IP Exhaustion Without Getting Exhausted" at the American Intellectual Property Law Association 2013 spring meeting in Seattle.

Kimberly Alford Rice, principal of KLA Marketing Associates, addressed an audience of women trial lawyers during the New Jersey Association for Justice‘s annual boardwalk seminar at Bally’s in Atlantic City, N.J.

She presented "Business Development Boot Camp: Inspiring Women to Realize Their Career Dreams."

Nancy J. Johnson joined Capehart Scatchard in the firm’s workers’ compensation department as a shareholder in its Mt. Laurel, N.J., office.

Johnson concentrates her practice in the defense of workers’ compensation, representing major self-insured corporations, insurance companies and clients of third-party administrators.

The Jenkins Law Library is scheduled to be closed May 27 for Memorial Day.

The library is set to reopen May 28, and resume normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
