LAS VEGAS (AP) - A former endoscopy clinic owner and an employee were responsible for a Las Vegas hepatitis C outbreak that sickened at least seven people, killed one, and raised fears of infection for more than 50,000 patients who were told to get tested for blood-borne diseases in 2008, prosecutors told a Nevada state court jury Monday.
