On Thursday, HIAS Pennsylvania and the Penn Law Immigrants’ Rights Project are set to present the return of "De Novo," a theater production. The production is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Penn Law Fitts Auditorium, 3501 Sansom St., Philadelphia.
