White and Williams has asked a federal court in Philadelphia to decide who — the wife, ex-wife or the IRS — should get more than $550,000 in pension and capital payments owed to a partner who died last year.

In the interpleader action filed last week in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, White and Williams and the White and Williams Pension Plan and Trust sued Michelle T. Seidner, Mary Dixon Levy and the Internal Revenue Service in hopes the three parties would fight their own dispute in the lawsuit and determine who should get the money from White and Williams.
