Elected and Appointed

Blank Rome associate Kevin M. Passerini was elected to the board of councilors of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania.

Passerini will continue to serve HSP as chair of the recently formed Young Friends of HSP, which provides outreach to attract younger members of the local community.

Passerini is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office and is a member of the corporate litigation group.

Kathleen Stockton, a partner in Archer & Greiner‘s Haddonfield, N.J., office, was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to a three-year term as vice chair of the District III fee arbitration committee.

Stockton concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, and has experience in divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, prenuptial and adoption matters.


Stradley Ronon partner Jeffrey D. Grossman served as a panelist for “Discovery in Bad Faith Claims” on December 5 in Philadelphia.

Hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the CLE course addressed what is discoverable, common areas of dispute and how electronic discovery has changed bad-faith claims.

Grossman is a trial lawyer representing for-profit and nonprofit businesses, primarily including insurers; health care institutions and providers; and general contractors, subcontractors and developers in complex litigation and regulatory matters.


Michael E. Peters joined Eastburn and Gray‘s litigation, family law and land use and zoning practice groups.

Peters graduated from George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. Prior to attending law school, Peters was a litigation paralegal at a large Philadelphia law firm.

John J. Eagan joined White and Williams in the firm’s New York City office. Eagan specializes in taxation, with an emphasis on international, corporate transactional and tax controversy matters.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Eagan was a member of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus.


The Jenkins Law Library is set to be closed January 21.

The library is set to reopen January 22 and resume normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
