The state Supreme Court has agreed to assess the discoverability of mental health records in a lawsuit where a man, who police said tried to kill himself by throwing himself in front of a moving tractor trailer, initially brought suit through his wife alleging the accident caused physical and mental injuries.
The lawsuit was amended to only include claims for physical injuries.
