Nicholas C. Harbist, a partner with Blank Rome, presented at the Seton Hall University School of Law‘s Health Care Compliance Certification Program on the topic, “Lyin’, Cheatin’, Stealin’? — The Perils of Dealing With Whistleblowers Under the False Claims Act.”

The program on October 9 focused on the interaction between the whistleblower provisions of the False Claims Act and Sarbanes-Oxley Act with the federal and state criminal laws, and addressed how companies can protect their interests in the face of whistleblower claims.
