Comcast Corp. and a group of class action plaintiffs are disputing whether they struck a final accord in an antitrust lawsuit now that the U.S. Supreme Court has granted certiorari to hear the case.

The exact amount of the alleged settlement is unknown in Behrend v. Comcast because U.S. District Judge John R. Padova of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania entered an order to seal the settlement papers.
