Ken Fulginiti of Duffy & Partners is delivering multiple CLE programs in July on “Accident Investigation and Reconstruction for Lawyers,” presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
The program covers accident-scene evidence analysis, unusual places to look for evidence, how to identify and preserve evidence, determining accident causes and understanding industry-specific terminology. The co-presenter is Frank M. Costanzo of Accident Cause and Analysis in Chester Springs, Pa.
The program is 3 CLE credits for attendees. The next presentation is set for 12:30 p.m. July 23 at the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
Elected and Appointed
Julia M. Rafferty, an attorney with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, was appointed to the corporate council of the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia.
The Kimmel Center Inc. is a charitable, nonprofit organization that owns, manages, supports and maintains the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts .
Rafferty is a member of the firm’s litigation and life sciences practice groups, focusing her practice on general litigation, primarily in the areas of products liability and mass torts.
Andrew J. Rolfes joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as counsel in the labor and employment section.
Rolfes represents management clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. He is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Rolfes’ labor law experience includes the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, including interest arbitrations for police and fire personnel; grievance arbitration; unfair labor practice proceedings; unit clarification petitions; and union representation elections. •
