David H. Marion, a 25-year veteran of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads who served as the firm’s chairman for seven years until 2003, has left the firm to join the Philadelphia office of Haddonfield, N.J.-based Archer & Greiner.
Marion, who joined the firm Sept. 5 as a full-time partner, focuses his practice on commercial litigation, appellate work, First Amendment law and legal malpractice law.
