Burns White has a new CEO, with the Pittsburgh-based firm electing litigator and mediator Stuart O’Neal to take up the position following the departure of former CEO Mary-Jo Rebelo.

Previously, O’Neal served as co-chair to the firm’s professional liability and cybersecurity practice groups. He was also appointed the firm’s first chief privacy officer in 2014. In an interview, O’Neal, who operates out of the firm’s Conshohocken office, said that he planned to continue the firm’s aggressive growth strategy.
