Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti announced the addition of three new associates to the firm: Cateri Christinis and Sydney Croft in Pittsburgh and Tatyanah Brehouse in Philadelphia.
Brehouse joins the firm's employment and labor team in its Philadelphia office. She was a clerk at a regional boutique law firm where she focused on employment and business matters. She was also an intern for Judge George W. Overton of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, Orphans’ Court.
She recently earned her J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she participated in multiple pro bono projects including Drexel’s Estate Planning Clinic, the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, and the Campaign for Working Families Tax Clinic.
Christinis joins the Pietrogallo Gordon commercial litigation team in the Pittsburgh office. She was a law clerk at a large Western Pennsylvania law firm with a focus on personal injury litigation. She was also a judicial law clerk for Judge Brandon Neuman of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas as well as an intern at the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
She earned her J.D. from the Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and while there, she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board, the Criminal Law Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Croft joins the firm's commercial litigation, employment and labor, employee benefits, compliance and litigation, wealth preservation and succession planning, and professional liability teams in the Pittsburgh office. She spent time as a legal intern at two local boutique law firms and in the legal department at a national bank. She was also a law clerk for the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Law.
While earning her J.D. at the Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, she worked in the Urban Development Practicum. She also served in board positions including the service project coordinator for the Graduate & Professional Student Council and the Vice-President of the Corporate Law Society and was a member of the First Generation Society and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M. Berke on behalf of former employee George Edward Steins, who was arrested and charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesperson. The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
