Holzworth comes to the firm with more than 12 years of experience in litigation, first as a general litigator, and then as a member of the private client/fiduciary litigation practice at Cozen O’Connor. He has led matters in the Orphans’ Court involving will contests, trust interpretation and modifications, power of attorney disputes, governance disputes and risk mitigation strategies. His client base includes high net-worth individuals, banks and trust companies, closely held businesses, major insurance companies and other individuals.
