Philadelphia attorney Scott Diamond clashed with his former colleagues at now bankrupt Sacks Weston over how much he was compensated while at the firm during a disciplinary hearing this week in which the attorney, having served prison time for stealing over $300,000 from the firm, sought to prevent a potential disbarment.

The proceedings, streamed live by Pennsylvania's Disciplinary Board, included testimony from Sacks Weston name partner John Weston as well as Diamond himself and former Sacks Weston associate Jesse Cohen, who—like Diamond—pleaded guilty to federal charges of mail and wire fraud.
