Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin co-led a coalition of 19 attorneys general filing an amicus brief with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit urging the court to revisit its opinion which struck down a Pennsylvania law limiting the concealed carrying of weapons to people age 21 or older.

The brief was co-led by attorneys general from Illinois and Delaware and joined by those from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
