White and Williams, celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, on Monday elevated former strategic planning committee and business department chair Timothy Davis as its next managing partner. He will lead the firm for the next three years.

Davis, who also previously served on the firm’s executive committee and partner compensation committee, is succeeding litigator Andrew Susko, who had led the firm since the start of 2021.
