Merger mania is hitting Pennsylvania’s personal injury firms, with Philadelphia-based shop Gay & Chacker merging with Ginsburg & Associates on Jan. 1, the third PI firm merger to go into effect this week.
In mid-December, personal injury boutique McLaughlin & Lauricella announced it would close its doors to join Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig at the start of the new year, and Anapol Weiss announced Tuesday that it had acquired Golomb Legal in a bid to “remake itself” in 2024.
