Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that Mark F. Himsworth, a partner in the firm’s litigation department, has been honored with the 2023 James P. Fox Trial Lawyer of the Year Award by the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA) Trial Lawyers Section.
The award is bestowed annually in memory of James P. Fox, the first trial lawyer to receive it, posthumously, for his dedication to his clients and his work as a Montgomery County trial lawyer.
