Justice Kevin Brobson will no longer be involved in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s consideration of Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s impeachment challenge.
Brobson recused himself from the case Wednesday, a day after Krasner filed an application to disqualify the justice and two weeks after Brobson heard oral arguments on the impeachment.
