When Jennifer Coatsworth set out to lead the Philadelphia Bar Association, she campaigned with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the profession.

And, in a speech at the association’s annual meeting Wednesday night, she said she has an ambitious agenda to get there during her upcoming term as the organization’s 97th chancellor.
