The first of Philadelphia Roundup lawsuits to include a second defendant, in addition to Monsanto, began trial Monday.
The plaintiff, represented by Houston-based Williams Hart & Boundas partner John Boundas, claims Pennsylvania-based chemical manufacturer Nouryon produced a substance that made the Monsanto-created weedkiller more dangerous.
