Vincent R. McGuinness Jr., president and managing partner at Cozen O’Connor, was unanimously elected to the advisory board of the David F. and Constance B. Girard-diCarlo Center for Ethics, Integrity and Compliance at the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

In his firm leadership roles at Cozen O’Connor, McGuinness oversees all administrative functions of the firm’s 31 offices, five ancillary businesses, and nearly 1,600 attorneys and staff. His portfolio encompasses responsibility for finances, operations, human resources, facilities, technology, recruitment, and strategic planning.
