Blank Rome has added on former Robins Kaplan chief value and analytics officer Ashton Batchelor as the firm's next chief innovation and value officer.
Batchelor took over the role from former chief value officer Linda Novosel beginning on Oct. 9.
Among Batchelor's responsibilities in her new role are helping to educate attorneys on the business of law as well as helping shape the firm's technology and generative AI use.

Blank Rome has brought on Ashton Batchelor, formerly chief value and analytics officer at Robins Kaplan, as the firm’s latest chief innovation and value officer.

Batchelor took up the position, previously held by Linda Novosel, on Oct. 9 and will be based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
