Several Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices were wary of the ramifications of a defendant’s interpretation of a discovery rule during oral arguments Tuesday.

Lamb McErlane partner Maureen McBride, representing defendant Dr. Dong-Joon Oh, argued counsel for a defendant doctor in a medical malpractice action did nothing wrong by agreeing to also represent the plaintiff’s treating physician, who was not a named defendant, in connection to the case.
