In the latest instance of a U.S. law firm looking to the Canadian market for growth, plaintiffs class action and commercial litigation firm Berger Montague has opened an office in Toronto.

The office in Canada’s largest city will be the first outside the U.S. for Philadelphia-headquartered Berger Montague. Andrew Morganti and Albert Pelletier will co-manage the Canadian practice. The duo previously ran Morganti & Co, a Toronto-based investor and shareholder litigation firm.
