Blank Rome managed to net double-digit profitability increases for the second year in a row in 2022, with equity partner profits climbing 10.2% to $1.3 million and net income 11.6% to $208.9 million.

The Philadelphia-founded Am Law 100 firm’s profitability gains outpaced its revenue increase of 6% to $580.5 million. Leaders attribute profit growth to disciplined expense management that included prepaying approximately 67% more costs over prior years heading into 2022.
