In the latest move to bolster its domestic office ranks, Cozen O’Connor has added two new attorneys to its Boston roster.

Jeffrey Bourgeois, former assistant attorney general of Massachusetts, joined Cozen O’Connor’s institutional response group as counsel, while former partner and vice president of Uehlein & Associates, Shannon M. Warren, joined the insurance subrogation practice as a member.
