A former Kline & Specter attorney was allegedly so disruptive and uncivil during witness depositions in a case involving a dead infant that opposing lawyers are asking the court to bar several expert reports and make counsel pay for litigation costs.

The request filed Jan. 31 in a sanctions motion to the U.S. District Court for Western District of Pennsylvania said that during a handful of depositions in McCartney v. Kids2 former Kline & Specter attorney Thomas Bosworth was so disruptive that the testimony elicited is “unrecoverably tainted.”
