The Pennsylvania Superior Court blasted an attorney for what it said were “numerous misrepresentations” that led the appellate panel to reinstate an appeal on issues that were not properly preserved.

The three-judge appellate panel in Boback v. LabMd said attorney William Kenworthy, whether accidentally or intentionally, relayed false information that misled the Superior Court with regard to a ruling made by Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Judge Christine Ward.
