A Pennsylvania appeals court has ordered genetic testing to help determine the validity of a man’s fraud claims after a test from Ancestry.com indicated the child he had long been paying child support for was not genetically related.
The precedential ruling in V.L.-P. v. S.R.D., which a three-judge panel issued Jan. 6, reversed a ruling from the lower court that had denied the testing.
