JetBlue Airways was hit with a digital privacy class action on Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The suit, filed by Lynch Carpenter LLP, accuses the defendant of violating the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act by using ‘session replay’ software to intercept and record the communications and keystrokes of website visitors. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-01621, Schnur v. Jetblue Airways Corporation.
