Katherine E. Bavoso has joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin’s Camp Hill office as a shareholder in the workers’ compensation department.
She focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation litigation, defending claims on behalf of insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers. Bavoso has more than 20 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience across numerous industries. She has argued multiple cases before the workers’ compensation appeal board and in the Commonwealth Court.
