A Pennsylvania federal judge has dismissed most of the claims lodged over the sale of a more-than-century-old country club outside Philadelphia.

Claims of fraud, breach of contract, conspiracy, and violations of federal antitrust law were initiated by real estate developer North Penn Towns LP over the sale of Philmont Country Club. The action was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Concert Golf Partners LLC and others, according to the opinion.
